Bio
Ósk was born in 1979 in Reykjavík, Iceland where she currently lives and works.
She graduated with BA in fine arts from Iceland University of the Arts in 2019, for one semister she attended exchange studies at Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts in Brussels in the sérigraphie atelier.
Ósk works in various media but usually seeks the grounding that is obtained in traditional painting. She draws inspiration from nature and the conceptual influence of people and the events that they create to the visage and peoples experiences of the landscape, whether in the real world or of the artwork where that is placed.
